Force_preset file not read by my Scarlet...

So stupid me decided not to purchase the 5.0 Touch LCD, and all I have now is a Small HD AC7. When I plugged it in, there was an image, however, obviously, there were no menus.
I contacted my Bomb Squad rep, and he sent over the force_preset file, so I did an MS-DOS (Fat) wipe on my 64gig card, and threw it on my Scarlet. However, when I powered the LCD on, there were still no menu overlays.

Anyone out there who has successfully done this with their Scarlet wanna help?!!

The card needs to be formatted on the camera first. Then put the force_preset folder in the root of the formatted SSD.

Trouble is, since I don't have any type of RED monitor, I can't format the card on the camera.. all I have is the Side Handle (but if there is a way, let me know!)

I actually ended up getting it to work. I was already running the latest build (v4.0.12) but a force upgrade did the trick. Thanks for your input!
