By the makers of the Phantom HD comes the Miro EX line of high-speed cameras. Now, they aren't ideal because of their low resolution (800x600 max) but I suppose you could always put the footage through Instant HD Pro or other uprezzing software to match. After seeing DVX100 footage uprezzed to HD, I don't think this would be too bad of a solution at all, albeit a $10,000+ solution.
