  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

FOR SALE: Zeiss Biometar 120mm + PL ADAPTER (THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD????)

Ummm. This adapter DOES look amazing, but I think we need to be a little more precise. This JENA lens is either in a PENTACON SIX or M42 mount. Meaning, your amazing PL-adapter WILL WORK with OTHER P6 or M42 lenses.

However, THAT DOES NOT mean it will work with CONTAX ZEISS lenses, that have a very DIFFERENT C/Y mount.

Just to be clear.

But again, cool lens, cool adapter. It's just M42/P6, not CY.

I have a Pentacon 6 to PL adapter, and that certainly looks like what we have here.

Nick

Thanks Nick! Pentacon Six is true. I changed the description.

Uhhh, this sold on Ebay a few weeks ago (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...dSbbLK%2B83Y%2BRVcxMg%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc). Then the listing was up again a week ago at $500 US. Then the price went up and is now $600. Meanwhile, there are two vendors on Ebay who are selling P6 to PL adapters.

If the glass is good, and the adapter is properly made and collimated, it may be a fair price. My question s is how many of these do you have? You said this may be the only one in the world, but you have listed two on Ebay in the last few weeks.
