.....is everyone blind here? Is it not clear that this guy is gathering up all of you looking to save a few bucks? Raj...you're really sending more $$$ to this guy? WoW! There's no profile information. He hasn't given any profile info on this thread, no email, no web NOTHING. I don't know, maybe i'm overly cautious, but i think you guys are all far too desperate and really....when shit like this happens and it's as obvious as it seems to be NOW reading these two pages...it's like you are getting what you asked for...a bad deal. No photos of this stuff, low poster, no contact info....Well, it all lines up as a perfect scam for the desperate. I know for my part if i'm selling something, i put my contact info: web, email, phone as well as pics of my items.

....and this is why i complain to my bank about MORE bull$h!t security measures---because the world is dumbing down to garbage like this.

dont blame these guys..Blame moderators and staff its their fault
its Vbulletin..putting some rules is damn easy like min. 50post and 30days for Sale threads etc.

....Blame is not same as say taking our own personal responsibility here. We can't have moderators task ours and others every move. This then becomes the greatest debate of all time. Should big brother watch out for us or should we watch out for ourselves. For my part it is clear and obvious that there is nothing for sale here and if a seller is not willing to share personal data and history, well, then it's obvious---he's not a seller. And this day and age of internet scams, everyone needs to follow some basic set of buying rules. I know what mine are....but how is it that we blindly send funds to sellers w/out knowing more than an email address? It's pretty easy to ask for a phone number and call via skype and ask for a website or a referral....anything but look and see a great price and then blindly give your money to someone. I don't know about you, but i'm constantly bombarded by my bank, ebay, paypal about "WHAT" to avoid and "WHAT" are typical scams....this falls into that category. Think before acting is how gramps would have said it best and he'd definitely tell me that i got exactly what i deserved if i had not followed up with a few questions and phone calls.

I might add that i disagree with more rules like 50 posts etc....I've been on plenty of other forums where i've placed items for sale on post 1 or 2, but i give my web, email, contact phone and photos. In some cases an address where they can pick them up and ALWAYS a few referrals if they wish to follow up and if it's a $5k or more item, i insist they follow up on my referrals. Basics in my opinion.

ps...sorry if i came across harsh to those that got screwed here....hope you get your refunds and steer clear of this silly sales post. too much bait hanging out there with no connections.

I have to ask Mr. Raj and Mr. Robin to open a dispute at paypal to get their funds refunded. Sent you e-mails. I will confirm the refund when paypal will ask me to.
The reason is - today my paypal account was limited (I cannot send and receive payments) due to last dispute from Mr.Raj.

All funds will be returned to senders.
All commissions will be refunded when my account will be activated again.

I will be able to continue deals after I will provide Paypal with scans of some documents. It will be done after the New year.

Guys, I'm really sorry for the time loss - but it's not my fault. It's up to paypal.

Thanks,
Lezhek

ho ho ho....you are funny :) after the new year? everything is very fast with paypal and support is amazing.you are not dealing bunch of kids in here and nobody is going to believe you
it was a SCAM and i warned people nobody listened me

I've gotten scammed before. Extremely stupid. I got scammed for a bunch for R1 stuff. I lost about 1800 in 15 minutes of transaction only to get my money back in 2 weeks. If you're buying i suggest you guys use AMEX. if you have a Platinum card, use it because you have purchase protection up to 10,000 USD. I've used it many times for lost shipment items, it's hassle free and they'll recredit you. I purchase all my items on my AMEX. Be safe with the way you use transactions, especially when you have your bank account listed. Merry Christmas!

Hi Kemalettin your statement :nobody is going to believe you
it was a SCAM and i warned people nobody listened me!

YES INDEED YOUR RIGHT!

Here the email I send it to PAYPAL and and Leszek Grabowski,

Hello Paypal,Leszek Grabowski,
I paid $2145 US dollars for the memory cards (REDMAGS 64GBx2, 128GBx)
The payment is already paid trough PayPal.
Now I received your email that you want me to request refund. If I request the refund, I will lose $$ during the Foreign Exchange for each way plus my PayPal fees.
I cannot lose any more$$ and it's not my fault.

You sent me the wrong invoices several times and made me and my partner stress full days still you cannot solve the problem.

You are responsible for my losses & fees and the Foreign Exchange loss or PayPal has to waive the fees.

Please try to Call PayPal and resolve the problem on your end.

Thanks

I had an e-mail from Lezhek on the 21st informing me of his sale. I have no idea how he contacted me as I've had no previous contact with him and neither did I have any WTB posts on the forum.

However the month before I did have a sale with another guy from the same region which was a complete mess. After I sent the money via paypal he informed that he was no longer able to send the SSD's and couldn't send the money back. It took just over two weeks for paypal to sort it out for me.
