This is a ARRI PL to Leica M mount adapter. It allows you to mount most modern movie camera lenses to any Leica M mount rangefinder camera. It works great on the M8 and can easily be set up as a framing tool. It's a great way to test lenses and lets you shoot some of the best lenses in the world on the best camera's in the world
I had it made for me in Australia and I've used it a little over the last couple years. It's in very good shape and doesn't have a scratch on it. It should go without saying that the rangefinder is not coupled to anything so focus must be accomplished via the scale on the lens.
