just a thought....your buy it now on the arri plate is over 200 bucks more than new from red/elementtechnica...

I always thought it an odd marketing choice to name the bridgeplates "Arri." And don't get me started on selling a bridgeplate without a dovetail plate.

I wasn't aware that either of those companies sold ARRI gear!

You could buy a watch for 8 bucks too, but it wouldn't be a Rolex.

brent, if you go to the ebay auction you'll see that he's selling an arri/red/et whaddeva ya wanna call it bridgeplate....exact same one that Red/et sells....

Hi Evolve,

I don't know where your figures are coming from. The reserve is €500.

Arri 19mm Base in Europe is €700+VAT+Duty+Shipping which comes to €900+ so if you want to put a bid on it you might get it as cheap as €500 and have it next week. That's €200 cheaper than the Red store before taxes and shipping.

As far as I know its back ordered so you can buy it now from me and have it next week or you can order it from Red for an extra €100 and get it when you get it.

my figures are coming from your ebay listing billymc. did you read my post?
it says "your buy it now is almost 200 more than new from red/element technica"

Obviously I read your post - I replied to it.

BTW you misquoted yourself it in your second post.

Your first post said "over 200 bucks" - your second says "almost 200"

My point is if you are buying Europe it is a very good deal.

It is worth €500 or it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it -

I don't know where you are but if you're interested bid on it otherwise what is your point?

PM me about the LCD cable.
