  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Footage?

Grab an EPIC M or EPIC X

Set it to 4K HD mode at 24FPS.

There. You have SCARLET X footage.

As I posted elsewhere :

It would be nice to see some footage. Jarred's 120fps clip was filmed with the fixed 2/3 no? New camera new footage yeah?

Even Raw footage perhaps?

Not asking for anything fancy like what Laforet did for Canon, hell, I'll take dudes playing b-ball at sunset, Jarred driving around Jim's car, a dog licking its balls (well maybe not), a model admiring her new bra in the mirror (well definitely yes), anything.

I'm pretty sold on Red, but for me 14k is a hefty chunk of change to drop solely on faith and Epic equivalencies. I just need that little extra push to convince me.

Raw footage I'd appreciate for one good reason, to test out the workflow and check if my gear is up to it, since the camera will be gobbling up most of my equipment budget for the year to come. Wouldn't want to be stuck with amazing material I can't even edit because I can't buy the new computer I'll need to handle the data.

Jarred? Pretty please with Red Bull on it?
