Hello

I dont ound options,

what you use?

What you want for wind is a Ritter Fan, which are widely available for rent in North America:

Very few people buy them -- they just hire a guy to bring the fan over for however many days of production they need. Be warned that it's very difficult (if not impossible) to record dialogue with a Ritter Fan going, because you'll pick up too much fan noise. All the dialogue will have to be replaced.

Smoke machines are easy, since all kinds of nightclubs use them.

Those Ritter fans are 3 phase 100amps, not exactly what I´d call portable and easily usable on a remote location. Also fog machines can chew some power for their heating elements.
Hector, can you give some more information about your specific situation may be you find some options here: http://www.smoke-factory.de/eng/welcome.html

@Patrick, did you work with Nebelsalz, looks interesting, thanks for sharing.

Cheers
Ulf

If you are operating in remote location with minimal electric power, if you are not averse to gasoline engines, hot-air ballon inflator fans might be an option. I don't think you get any difference in price though and noise will remain an issue. There may be some trickery possible to inject hazer fluid into the hot exhaust pipe or muffler of the engine for fog. It has been done with automotive engines. Somebody may have done it with Honda or Chonda 6.5HP engines.
