Fly-Fishing: Shot on Scarlet-W and Raven

[Matt stambaugh]

Pursued a little passion project a few days last year and finally had time to sit down and edit it! Shot on the Scarlet-W and Red Raven with Leica Summicron R Glass (35,50,90)

Looks good! Which Redcode compression were you at?

[Matt stambaugh]

Thanks Ty! We were typically using 7:1-10:1

[Brandon Veen]

Great stuff, Matt!

Always love the Leica R look and the subject reminds me of fishing with my grandfather whenever I go see him.

Really liked the music choice as well.

Solid.

nice one.

[Sterling Williams]

Awesome stuff man. I caught my first brown trout in the Yellow Breeches years ago (still have a shirt from the fly shop there). Have you thought about entering this into the fly fishing film tour?

[Matt stambaugh]

That's awesome Sterling! The breeches is a great spot! Neil (the fisherman) in this piece is a guide for TCO which is the shop that is there now (I think they changed ownership a few years back).

I didn't know there was a fly fishing film tour! haha

[Tommy Penick]

Neil is the man! We shot him for a tourism thing a while back. Definitely check out the Fly Fishing Film Fest, it always gets a lot of excited eyeballs on the films. Great looking images!
