Flipping the image in camera

Sometimes I find myself mounting the camera upside down. Rather than reconfigure the camera with a cage and tripod plate from the top... Is there a way to flip the image upside down in camera? I can do it in redcine x but can't seem to find anything other than mirror/flip in the looks menu. Is there any way to just flip?

You can with newer monitors. Can't with 5".

Hey Bob,
Where would I find that? I was on a gig the other day and I needed the camera upside down as well and neither me nor my AC could figure out how to flip the image. And we tried both the 4.7" and the 7" DSMC2.

Its not about shooting into mirror. Mirror/Flip is what you want to flip correctly.

Maybe if you are shooting with some kind of mirror?

Its not about shooting into mirror. Mirror/Flip is what you want to flip correctly.

Ok but in playback it's mirrored I still have to mirror it back in post. Is there anyway to avoid this step in camera?
