Shooting a lot of slo mo and getting a lot of flicker.

I am wondering if anyone has found a specific shutter angle that eliminates flicker?

Current Setup:
Base Frame Rate - 23.976
Record Rate - 120fps
Shutter - 180

Lights:
Magnetic Ballast HMI
Power - 60 Hz

The issue in this case is probably your lights. Magnetic ballasts aren't designed for high-FPS shooting. They're fine at 24fps, but once you go above the power cycle (60) you're going to see the HMIs flickering.

Tungsten's your best bet for slo-mo, or an Electronic ballast that's got settings for high-speed shooting.
