FJS International - Problems with non-delivered itens and non refunded money

Hello.
Is anyone else having trouble with FJS international?
I bought an Alexa mini camera over a year ago and did not receive the equipment as well as the reimbursement.
The only alternative left was to charge them legally because they no longer answered my messages.


UPDATED : after around 15 months, FJS accepted to refund the original value ( without process expenses ) in 12 payments, on an amicable basis.
UPDATED : Fred changed his mind.
after the company sent an agreement proposal fifteen months after the problem, the company table changed its mind and withdrew the interest from the payment (around 5%) which is a shame, considering that the debt is already 16 months old and the company offered the return in 12 payments ... which means I will get my money back 27 months later without interest, and I also spent USD 15,000.00 on lawyers .

FJS and I have resolved our dispute on an amicable basis.

Gabriel Bemergui, who is banned from this site is now using Gabriel Bemerghi now to evade this forum's ban on him. He is spreading malicious rumors and I am tired of his b.s. FJS International does a very big worldwide business with offices in Florida and in Europe. I have been a DP for more than 50 years as well as a broker for 12 years, ever since RED introduced its first digital video camera. FJS had an issue with being scammed by someone named Jason Sinclair for an Alexa Mini he was supposedly selling on this forum. We posted on this forum about this issue and it involved Gabriel Bemerghi. We are trying to sort everything out but Bemerghi who has bought from us for more than 10 years is unreasonable and also has caused problems for a lot of buyers of his own gear!
