Fix for distorted RCX 2nd monitor output.

If you disable the view on second monitor and then from the WINDOW drop down select RESET PANELS IN ALL MODES then display on second monitor the distortion goes away. It will however eventually reappear but you can at least get some relief.

Note: RESET PANELS work not reset the 2nd monitor if your monitor is currently outputting to the second monitor. Just monitor on a single monitor, reset panels and then re-enable 2nd monitor and the distortion will be gone.

That works for me anyway.
