  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Fist of Dragon - Teaser Trailer

Very cool. Was this shot in mainland China or Singapore?
Ip Man 1 was just insane, I can't wait for Ip Man 2.. but I think those are still shot on 35mm. Its great seeing this project shot on Red though!
Jason, what department did you work on for this film?

NormLi..Thanks for the comment.

Tonaci,
We shot this in China and a small town in Malaysia. Yeah Ip Man was insane, and Ip Man 2 may top the first hopefully...
I am assisting the producer in this project, and also doing some technical part on Red. How's your project going on ?

Looked really good.

The HD link (though fully loaded) seemed to be corrupted and wouldn't play back properly. What I was able to see look pretty cool. The fighting looked awesome.

What was it like to shoot in Malaysia? Lots of red tape? Were there any filming issues linked to the heavy censorship regulations there?

NormLi.. Ip Man 2 is not out yet, just completed shooting. Targeting release date is June 2010.

Sean, we have a very good production partner in Malaysia, so the shoot was pretty smooth. No problems at all. The censorship issue have no effect on the shoot, only during the exhibition of the film.

yeah jason joseph it was awesome to see Fiona on red :)

funny sfx :)

Cool stuff Jason,

Was this shot at 24fps do you know? or 30?

THanks
Troy Smith

Hi Troy,
