if any camera has a chance over the Epic. This could be it. BUT! Price will kill it.

Why would price kill a rental camera which will be widely used on set for slow motion shots, even Christopher I don't like digital Nolan uses Phantom cameras.

Has anyone had the chance to work with the Flex4K over the last year? I'm heading down to Vision Research in Morristown next week to get some hands on time with the camera - I'm especially interested in digging into how rolling shutter affects high speed event footage. If it looks good I'm going to buy one... if not probably will get the Miro LC360S (only 1080p but global shutter). I'm also interested in workflow... working with 64gig files for just 7 or 8 seconds of footage could quickly become burdensome. One thing I've really liked about RED is the ability to quickly move data... lots of fast interface options. With the the 2TB CineMag IV option costing as much as my Epic did I'm not getting two... so swapping storage isn't an option.

Wondering if anyone who's had a chance to use one could share impressions.
