  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

First feature shot in 4.5K?

Shooting the final club scene tomorrow and having a wrap party after finally. I was down for 3 months with a ruptured disk in Nov. and had to get an operation and I'm just getting to be able to get out again. Got to take it easy for for another month or so.
PS. don't lift sh1t you have no business lifting!!!!
 
@Spike :: Speaking of that... it would be great to line-up rights to use BIG's song on this from BadBoy?

Thanks. Yes we are seeing what its going to take to get the song for this. The writer has worked with Bad Boy for a long time. He was one of their big R&B artists road manager since way back so its an easy meeting to set up. We have had a few people wanting to invest in the movie so we are deciding what to do and if its worth it.

ooohh..that was my next guess..thats whats up though...i love seeing people bringing things like redone cameras and what not over to the urban side of things..we need more of this..
 
Thanks. Yeah we have another script to shoot after we get this out the door thats straight up urban also. The roots run deep here. I used to be a big graffiti artist in the 80s and starting to get back into the whole culture again. We had a crew called the X-MeN and my writing partner Tatu is starting what we call "XU" for X-Men University and doing things like teaching art and whatever else we can conjure up to the youth.
 
Thanks. We didn't go for the deal yet. We are going to wait and see what else is comes down the line. We also have interest from a major distributor who loves the teaser but wants to see the final edit or course.
 
We got another scene done and the club scene eluded us yet again. The R&B artist agreed to be in it but he is on tour at the moment so we are trying to schedule around that. If it takes more than a month we have 2 other people on deck. The long post haul should begin soon also after recovering from RED day. :)
 
Tomorrow we are going to get this scene done tomorrow if it kills us. We got some really good offers again from some distributors just off the teaser. I don't know if that's the norm but some how they are finding the teaser or the teaser is finding them.
