  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

First Epic model could shoot 3D by itself

No. See, the fourth dimension is time. Hence, if we go back to my post about the quantum mechanics aspect of your brilliant theory, positing that the camera could be in two places at once, simultaneously, we can see that Rick has nailed it. He seems to be a very clear thinking engineer so I am sure that thing about the proper colors won't stump him for long. Once these small details are solved, I think the 4D camera is a reality. But I am thinking much bigger... time travel! Woo-hoo!! :yikes:

Yeah, but given there already exists a 5D camera, I think we need to just charge a head to the 6D. The theory I accept for the 5th dimension is possibility. (IE, all possible outcomes of a single exact cause that could produce multiple effects)

But when we bring about the 6th dimension, I think that brings about all existence as a whole.

What I am not clear on though, given the universe is infinite, what kind of storage medium we need and what REDCODE we should shoot at. Getting any information wrong at that level of data could be DISASTROUS.

Hmmm... yes, good points to which I hadn't given sufficient thought. Maybe those folks in Switzerland could help. Turns out they didn't suck the world into a black hole after all. Then again, their concepts are a bit more pedestrian than what we are talking about here on REDuser.
 
Well I am personally thinking about boycotting all sensors until one can actually measure the Higgs boson (otherwise known as the God particle). I mean, resolution and dynamic range are important, but imagine capturing the Higgs boson!!!

And after my last thought that was after my last thought before that, I released there is already a 7D as well. This means, 8D is probably pointless as 9D is right around the corner, so I propose going to 11D. If *anyone* learned *anything* from Spinal Tap, going to 11 is almost ALWAYS superior.

Therefore I propose we just scrap the Epic and the Scarlet, and start working on the

"Red 11D Higgs DSMGPC. It won't just blow your mind, it will blow your universe!"

I agree, we should just stick with what we know.
