I can release this now. Talent is a stunt woman and ninja warrior (Jessie Graff). Epic Dragon, Zeiss ZE lenses, and a basic crew. I directed and DoP. Comments (and critiques) welcome.

Hey Darren, It was a stylistically choice. We wanted a very high contrast scene, with strong highlights. We took some inspiration from the almost overexposed beach scenes of Massimo Vitali's photos and added some more gritty activewear contrast.

The editing should be much tighter for the chosen soundtrack, and I'd also liked to hear some kind of story - why does she do what she does, what pushes her etc. And actions variation should be much broader too, I want to see her in different locations doing different things, leading to the beach.

I think the grade and fast shutter took away pretty much all of the Dragon aesthetic.
It doesn't look like it was shot on a RED camera. I don't think it is distinguishable from a video shot on a low DR phone with a contrast filter applied.

Maybe a regrade can improve it, but the motion is baked in.

Just keeping it real, I don't want to discourage.

Hi Akin, thanks for the input.
Just for the sake of clarity, it was actually shot at 23.98fps (apart from few slow motion shots) and all at 180 degrees shutter (1/48th or 1/200th for the slow)
