FIRMWARE UPGRADE NOT WORKING RED KOMODO 6k

Currently, I am having an issue. I just got my RED Komodo 6K. I'm trying im upgrade the firmware, but it's not working. I formatted my CFAST card, then unzipped the file and placed it in the root of my CFAST card. Then I put the CFAST card into the camera but it still says "Missing or invalid firmware upgrade packag" can someone please help I am losing my mind. Im using a CFAST 2.0 CARD reader and it works perfectly fine.

Not sure if something happened when unzipping the file.

If you already have a firmware from 1.8 and above you might try updating through the camera.
The camera can download the firmware directly from RED servers and automatically initiate the installation.

You just have to make sure your camera is connected to a network that has internet.

You need to copy the "upgrade" folder to the root of the card, not the upgrade.bin file.
