Final Cut Red Cine X Workflow File Naming Question

So I decided to go with a prores proxy offline workflow with all my source footage in final cut 7. I transcoded to proxy did my edit, used media manager to create an online edit. I brought the bin of master clips to a new pull list sequence and sent it to Redcine for grading and transcoding of the proress 422 hq master clips for the online timeline. Heres my issue, multiple clips in the original sequence edit were from the same clip, and final cut logs the clips in my online master folder as file name, file name 1, file name 2, etc, Red cine produces the prores 422 hq files as filename_s000, filename_s001, filename_s002, so when I right click on files to reconnect offline to online its not automatic because the file names are slightly different so I have to do it manually for clips that have multiple subclips used in original sequence edit. Is there a way either in the export options of redcine or in the fcp media manager or maybe syncing via timecode to have the filenames identical? Source clips that aren't used multiple times in the edit work perfectly fine, its just the source clips that are used multiple times in the edit that I have to manually connect.

You are not going to want to media manage your sequence and then try to relink to on-lines. The process of media managing changes the sequence/clip relationship and the ability to link back accurately to the camera original footage is lost.

So are there any other options other than re-exporting the red cine bin that created all the proxy files as prores hq and reconnecting all the media in the final cut browser? Or is there a better way to decompose the sequence?
