Any suggestions on 4x5 filters. I know tiffens are great, but I'd like to find filters that are good but not as expensive. I know Red Rock has a filter set, but all I need is some ND and they offer three filters and two of them I would not use.

I had two sets of Pancros. . . just sold one of them here on REDUser, actually. . . but, unlike many other folks on REDUser, I prefer the Tiffen IR+ND filters as they have fewer problems associated with ghosting.

...But more color shift and less actual IR cut. There are no free lunches, I've found the Pancros to work best but you can't really stack any filters in front or in back if you have strong specular highlights (Headlight or reflections). If you really like having shallow DOF in broad daylight get your Pancros up to 1.8 or 2.1. Fomatt has some nice solutions too.
