I am new to recording in raw and I have one question:
Will SCARLET's chip be 32k or will it have a wide range and the only filter I will really need is a ND and not have to worry about 85s?

Yea I know there is a lot of other garbage you can put on a lens to change the look and color, I 'm just talking about basic 56k or 32k white balance

Silicon sensors are typically close to daylight balance (5600 K). You could use filters or apply white balance correction on camera (which is just stored as metadata and doesn't actually change the image until you render it in post) if you need to.

I doubt you'd need an 85 filter even if the new sensor handled 3200K better -- it would still be better in 5600K (as all silicon sensors are) so you'd just switch the color temp setting to that in daylight rather than use an 85 filter.
