Filmed out Red footage in L.A.?

[Alex Vendler]

Hello all-

I am considering the Red for a job and need to see some filmed out Red footage projected.

I will book the time at a screening room if someone here has a strand of film they could show. Please let me know here or email me at avendlerdp@earthlink.net

Thanks,

-Alex

Hey Alex,

A number of facilities have done filmout tests that they could probably show you. The quality does vary between facilities so it's good to look at a couple.
In general, Red filmed out looks great.

Deenan. Thanks for the reply. Please email me with the names of some of the places I should contact who you think got Red footage to film in a good way. I' call them up.

I am also interested to hear from any other Red users who have filmed out footage too. Particularly DP's.

the trailer for "Knowing" (with N.Cage) is attached to a few films right now.

That's all RED, output to film for distribution. Looked great when I saw it.
