Hi There,

I give HDSLRs workshops in a Brazilian Film School and recently this School bought an EPIC under my advise. Now we will also beging the EPIC workshops. The School also has a regular 2 year graduation program (in wich I do not Teach) and the students will be able to shot their short films with the new EPIC. I know that the School is the first Brazilian Film School to have an EPIC, but I just realized that it could as well be the first world school to have it. So I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any Film Schools out there with their own EPICs

Thanks

Oi Rodrigo,

we were the first university to have a RED One in Germany, now we have one Epic and two Scarlets to teach digital cinematography. I do regular courses for some other institutions in Germany as well, and I'm in charge of our small share of Brazilian university co-operations under UNIBRAL (bi-lateral agreement on exchange of 70.000 students between Alemanha and Brazil over the next few years).

Where in Brazil are you located? If you are interested in courses/workshops and further exchange, please send me a PM ( I speak some Portuguese too). Our current partners are in São João del Rey in MG.

So I`ll have to do with "one of the firsts in the world", hehehe. Nothing to be ashamed off.

Cheers
