File naming - problem

Hello,

I've a problem with the file naming of the camera recorded files (r3d or others).

I've done two presets (one slow motion and another one standard speed) that I've assigned to the soft keys on the Red LCD.

When I format the card, I put the card number as U002 (for this example) then when I change my presets, the next clip is recorded with an older project name Y002 but the clip numbering is continuous.

previous clip
U002_C033
next clip becomes
Y002_C034

The folder of the clip stays with U002 naming

How is it possible that the clip doesn't stay with the U002 naming?
This info shouldn't be based on the project preset but based on the reel naming choosen while formatting the reel (ssd) in the camera...

Any hint?

I understood my problem.

The preset change also applies the Slate of the project to the clip.

IMHO Preset shouldn't override or change the Clip name (slate) choosen when formatting the media.
