I recently bought Premiere CS4, updated it to 4.0.1, and successfully loaded the RED plugin. My problem is as follows: I will record a single shot to my camera's Red Drive. I will connect my Red Drive to my pc and I will see the following in Premiere's media browser:

F:(A005_02227G)
A005_02227G.RDM
A005_C001_0222QM.RDC

When I try to import the file A005_C001_0222QM.RDC into the project panel I get the following:

F:\A005_02227G.RDM\A005_C001_0222QM.RDC\A005_C001_0222QM_F
F:\A005_02227G.RDM\A005_C001_0222QM.RDC\A005_C001_0222QM_H
F:\A005_02227G.RDM\A005_C001_0222QM.RDC\A005_C001_0222QM_M
F:\A005_02227G.RDM\A005_C001_0222QM.RDC\A005_C001_0222QM_P

I would assume that it's rejecting the file because it doesn't end in .r3d
If anyone knows what is going on here, I'd sure appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.

don't attempt to load quicktime proxies
the R3D file only on a pc....

Yeah, I just unselected "QT Proxies" in the camera's menu. Thanks.
