I really hate to part with this lens at all but with the new Weapon Upgrade around the corner I'd be willing to part with it.
The lens is in good condition. The glass is perfect. It was recently serviced by RED. I sent it in to clean an internal dust spot and the cleaned and lubed it while it was there. The action is really nice. My loaner lens that RED gave me was much stiffer. The only flaw is a slight ding on the front barrel where a filter would screw in. I use a mattebox so it's never been an issue for me. I bought the lens a few years ago from Ketch and he bought it new from RED.
It's a great lens. It covers 6k fine all the way back to about 22mm if I recall correctly. Covers 5.5k throughout. Several features have been shot exclusively on this lens including this one: https://vimeo.com/user18813668/review/77095370/9483fcb611
If you are interested email me and I'll send you some pics. Currently I don't have the case but I will have it in a week or so. This lens lived on my Epic until I recently purchased a set of primes
I'll let her go for $5k. Anything less and I think I'll just keep it.
Thanks.
