live paintboxing is a important tool. much easier and faster than shooting off a clip and than bringing it to a system, and having people walk over to approve on looks. while loading the look in cam is viable. but if looks change often though the day, going redlogfilm out on the hdsdi to do your looks can be faster and more efficient.

really nice to be able to toggle between your linear sensor data and look as well coming out of cam, and not having to look at it after it's shot on a computer or force an AC that's already doing other things to toggle over for you. freaks out clients when they suddenly see log as well, when I can just keep that independent to myself.
