I'm playing about with various bits at the moment including testing out beta build 20 and it's a pain having to go to and from the computer with different builds testing this and that.
With the DSMC cameras it'd be a great feature if we could store all the various builds onto the camera and alternate between them whenever we choose too.
The other key element would be the ability to backup camera settings/preferences and black calibration settings for the different builds so that when flicking between them it doesn't reset the entire camera.
The advantage of doing this would be to allow people to switch at an instant to a beta build to use a specific feature for a particular shot and then quickly go back to the release build with the original settings for the rest of the shoot. Also when making judgments on any supposed improvements between builds it improves flexibility in a testing environment.
Thanks
Paul
