FCP X not updating RMD from RED CINE-X

You can reach RED Support at support.RED.com and select Submit Request. (or go here) Then select Workflow.

Hello I am still not seeing changes from RCX into FCPX

No I don't select the option to copy files into the media events folder if that is what you are referring to, do you?

I do not have Real Player installed and I am still having this issue
