FCP Studio 2 and RED Code??

I have FCP Studio 2 but I am not able to find any reference to RED CODE in the capture settings or ??? Is it there ?? Where??

Have no need for it now but maybe some day soon I will.

Only available to current red camera owners currently I think.

It wont be in "capture" anyway.. the camera does the recording. It will just be a playback de-code codec.

FCP is not yet upgraded to support REDCode as default. This will be in a future realease as i understand it. Log and tranfer would probably be the right tool for this kind of ingest. Dont know for shure.

Yes to log and transfer, but you'll also able (today) to drag the redcode quicktimes straight into the sequence / timeline.

Codec is currently only available to camera owners.
