  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I've just shot a music promo on a Red One and want to edit my footage in Final Cut Pro using the multicam function. I've converted all my rushes to ProRes SQ 640 x 540. So far so good. But when I put this footage on the FCP timeline the RT menu no longer gives me the option of multiclip playback. I've tried outputting from Red Rushes in DVCPRO 720 but the same thing happens. Has anyone any idea what's going on here?
 
have you grouped all your clips into a properly setup multiclip? If so then did you gang the viewer and canvas together correctly? Without those things the multiclip playback option won't do anything/
