FCP error question

When exporting a QT movie from a FCP sequence I get "error: out of memory" message. Does anyone know what this is?

Yes. Then FCP is out of memory
Seriously though, it usually happens in really large projects and massive timelines, or if you have multiple of those open. If you haven't already, try closing down whatever you can in FCP. Hope that helps.

I get this from time to time even though all my system memory is not being used... just save your project and restart final cut and you should be good to go again.
