  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

FCP->Color using Wrappers = Twitching (3 frame loop)

I'm editing in FCP using the RED QT wrappers. When I send the sequence to Color, some of the clips play fine, but some of the clips simply repeat 3 frames in a loop throughout the clip. I didn't do anything different between the clips that play fine and those that don't.

Rendering out of Color produces ProRes files that simply contain the frame-loop error baked in.

Anyone have any ideas?

Run FIX COLOR LOOPING BUG in the tools menu on you rcolor project.

Reopen the Color project and you will be fine.

ah. thank you! I remember skimming across something that mentioned that bug a while ago and wondered what it was referring to
