Ok, I solved! Here's my problem and solution:

01- convert all the shooted clips with L&T using codec ProRes422 (LT)
02- edit the feature
03- export an xml from FCP timeline
04- open Clipfinder 2.5 beta3
05- choose from file menu "Import clips from FCP XML"
06- select the xml exported from FCP
07- (before press Open, set below) extract clip name from "com.red.clip.originalSourcePath" metadata
08- check "import subclips"
09- select "overlapping" *
10- add 0 frame handles
11- press Open

now you have the list of the clip edited in FCP timeline ALREADY LINKED TO R3D FILES

12- order the list clicking on "Sequence" column (increasing order) (your first clip MUST BE 0 in sequence tab
13- choose from edit menu "Send to REDCineX/Timeline

* I have to select "overlapping" because selecting "all" if you have many cuts from the same clip, Clipfinder will see only the first...
I noticed also that if you add some "frame handles" the list isn't complete... Some cuts are missing... and all the cuts have the frame handles added...

This workflow works perfectly in my case.

Just a few remarks on the workflow posted by Michele:
- setting "extract clip name from" to "com.red.clip.originalSourcePath" only makes sense if L&T was used to get the clips into FCP
- Merge modes are discussed on Clipfinder's Help Pages (CMD-?). If you want to conform with the current version of Clipfinder you MUST set "merge mode" to "all".
- Adding handles when merge mode is set to "overlapping" creates overlaps thus yielding fewer clips (which still cover all the material used in the edit).

Hi, I'm glad you solved you problems, your workflow seems interesting. It must be something weird with prores trascoded with L&T.
I use Clipfinder also for the offline trascoding.
