FCP 7 into Premiere into AE dont work XML or EDL

What happened in FCP 7 that XML will not import into Premiere.
I did not have these problems with FCP 6.5 , but now that im updated Its broken.
I exported out an EDL from FCP
and every clip starts at frame 1 so its entirely out of sync

Is this a FCP issue?
Anybody got some solutions?

Edited in FCP ProRes transcoded files
exported out XML didn't open in Pr just gave me an error
exported out an EDL from FCP and it opened pretty well had to relink but all out of sync.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

FCP 7 introduced a new version of the XML that PrPro CS4.1 does not understand. When exporting from FCP, choose XML Version 4 in the export dialog. That will import to Pr.

So, I guess that you can share a 7 project with a 6.xxx user this way... Cool.
(As long as it isn't DPX or prores 4444 based of course...)

Actually the last time I tried a test sequence going from FCP 7 to PPro 4.1, no version of XML export worked. I used an EDL instead and it worked quite well. Go figure.

I cant get this to work sombody anybody know how to get a
FCP Project file to open up in Premiere without messing up or giving me an error message?
