Fairly new to REDUSER but I figured I'd ask.
So 2 months ago I ordered a +1 and an LCOS EVF. when I got both I noticed the EVF has a flicker in which everything black washes out and flickers. I've sent numerous emails and even a video of the problem, it seems that RED wants me to jump through a million hoops just to get a working EVF. My problem is that I ordered an EVF 2 months ago and I've had to rent a working EVF 8 times since then, and when I sent it back it took them a week saying that they were repairing the cable. It seems fair to me that they would replace the cable or the EVF depending on what the problem is seeing as how I purchased a new EVF not one that has had to be sent back multiple times to get fixed. Still no resolution and just wanted to know if anyone else has had to deal with this. I love my camera and the guy helping me at RED seems to be doing his best but the whole thing just doesn't make a ton of sense to me.
