fan control raptor

is there a way to control the fan during recording? other cameras can do that would be a nice option to have. my sound guy would love it.
Or did I missed something here?

I have the same issue with fan control, producation wants to change camera on set. Raptor is too loud for sound

Im not sure but I think there is a setting for silent when recording in the fan settings... I know this is not the best for long takes but at least its something...
also what setting do you have your fan set to now??? The adaptive mode seems to work pretty well for me even in hot environments. And you can change the temp in the setting to allow for a little more working room at higher temps but you will want to re black shade when you get the camera up to those settings... also how close is the camera to the subject? These are all factors I know you probably have tried... Just re mentioning them incase you might have jumped a couple.
