  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Facebook...

...The only way to avoid yielding private information about yourself is to never go on line. The ONLY way. Because once you're there, everything you do is recorded somewhere. Its existence is fact. How it's used is what's either dangerous or not. But the notion of "online security" is just as much of an oxymoron as "jumbo shrimp" or "military intelligence." That's not pleasant or reassuring to think about, but it is absolutely true.

Disagree - There are simple rules for maintaining online anonymity and security. But just because they are simple does not mean they are easy... it is a pain in the neck, and requires that the tools are used 100% of the time. If they are not, it's like all those movie scenes where The Man is just waiting for one... just one... ATM hit somewhere with a credit card. All it takes is one.

1) Tails, VirtualBox, and Tor. Know them. Love them.
2) No cookies, no 3rd party plugins.
3) No downloads
4) No purchases online. Ever.

Simple. But certainly not easy. ; )

Most people in today's society are not willing to put up with the inconvenience of online anonymity. It requires significant changes to any "wired" lifestyle. But it can certainly be done.
