I am working on a solution with magnets as well, but this is what I have done for now. I just created a slip on plastic wing nut with my makerbot so that I don't lose those little screws and they are much easier to install without casting any shadows, etc.

I also added a plastic pox to house this stuff as it would be a large pain in the bum to loose any of these little pieces. This little box fits right in the kit. The magnet solution is going to be great for adding gels, etc.

thanks for your nice words about the K4000 lights.

We are working on a better solution to attach the filters but to design a nice and reliable solution turned out more difficult than we anticipated, if you have a smart solution we would obviously be interested to see it.
