Hello everyone,

I have been working on a really special non profit art fim called "eXtinction" written and produced by Summer Rayne Oakes and Directed by myself. There is a premier of the exhibition in 10 days in NYC and as I am nearing the finish line I would like to reach out into the community to find some shots that might help me fill in a few holes I have in the timeline. In a nutshell the film is about what we lose in the world durring the course of one persons life, Summer's in particular. The purpose of this film is to bring awareness of these striking facts about the state of our world. So far I am very pleased with the project and right now I am looking for some TL footage (yes I am stalking Tom Lowe) and some EPIC shots, that are nature oriented, also if you can suggest some high quality stock footage sights where i can find animals decaying, deforestation, flower blooming etc...then please advise! I would not mind peppering in a few 600 fps plus shots as well. I doubt I could afford any of this as I have a tiny budget, I never ask anything for free ever but this is one of those projects that serves the community (ie PSA) and I would greatly appreciate any collaborators or deals. Obviously full credit where its due.

Attached is a teaser from the film.

Yes, yes, and yes! Thanks chris, thats what I am talking about. Any beautiful RED/EPIC shots of natures in all its subtle beauty or in distress I could use...I really appreciate those have reached out. THere will be a charity event on the 7th in the city and I am still looking to peper the project with some beauty stuff. This is a non profit thing and if you have a shot but only interested in doing a one time usage deal then we can work that out, ideally if it works for the cut then Summer wants to send it out in the future to festivals etc.

Chris send via email to clay (at) haskellfilms (dot) com, your the man!

I just want to say everyone here including those who contacted me...I can not say thank you enough to everyone who reached out to provide additional footage for the eXtinction film.
Sorry if I did not get back to some of you, I was in post production melt down to deliver the film for the premier which took place here in new york last night. I will say
the show was a smashing success, we had a wonderful turnout.

Before the short film enters the festival circuit I will be following again for clearing rights and finding more footage (looking for underwater reef shots) as we continue to tweak the project so that its tuned up for the festival circuit.

A big thank you to reduser Christian Muñoz-Donoso for providing some breathtaking nature footage from his wild view series, what a incredible body of work. Thank you Christian!

Congrats to you and Summer on the successful premier. The teaser was beautiful. Hope to see this in a theater near me soon!

Hey folks, I wanted to again thanks the community for being part of this special short film. Its being received very well and now that we are in the final sound mix and design stages I will be reaching out to those who helped for
credit info etc. Thank you so much for your patience on this...good news is we are submitting to some of the major festivals around the world so cross your fingers and thanks again for all the support.

Here is a new site for the short by Summer Rayne Oakes and myself .
