Did a test shoot at a virtual production stage and could not get the Helium to genlock with their signal. Had the external SDI to sync cable plugged in, went into setup - GPIO Sync-Sync
Filming frame rate and project frame rate all match with the SDI output signal
- the sensor sync mode is set to Genlock but there are no options in a roll down menu for external or anything else.
We spent 3 years syncing the cameras for 3D production so I know they have been done previously but I can't figure out why this isn't working.
Any thoughts??
