Hi guys, I`ve Tried to use a normal TV as a monitor for my Scarlet but the TV could not detect a signal input (I trued HDMI 1080P, 720P and auto settings). Is it Normal? What should I look for in a monitor so it will work properly? I also have a Marshal 5'' and a Ikan 7" that didn`t work. But I guess they are 480P so that`s why they don`t work.

Thanks!

I have a few dell 24" monitors with HDMI in. They do work, but sometimes I have reboot camera and repatch a few times for the camera and monitor to handhake and display an image. In general 720p has been more reliable vs 1080. Nothing scientific to offer, just on set troubleshooting experience.
