  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Exposure tips

Are you familiar with the “traffic light” indicators? Info on this and other exposure tools here:


I also like to enable the Gioscope tool on my top screen (while monitoring on an external monitor).

That should cover achieving proper exposure, in the sense of capturing material without burning out any of it or losing it to noise. If it doesn’t fit within the dynamic range of the camera (as indicated by these tools), you’ll need to look into ND filters to reduce exposure and lights to either boost exposure or lessen the contrast range of your image.

Thanks for the info. The traffic light system is really good and intuitive and I used it to expose this test
