Exposure Techniques for Komodo

Just digging into the ISO questions:


This video claims and shows a different distribution of the DR (Not as in RAW data affected), example with samw exposure look different when adhusted in post, lower iso = cleaner shadows. Some here day thats gibberish? Now I‘m really confused…
 
Don't be confused! When recording in RAW the ISO setting is only written as metadata to the R3D-file with no physical effect to the footage. But you may uses ISO settings while shooting to hint when adjusting exposure / shutter / frame-rate or iris settings. The first post on this thread links to the Red 101 what I advice to read. It helped me a lot.
