Trying to export out my Epic 5K footage with embedded audio from Redcine-x timeline with just basic in/out points and first pass color to Premiere CC- it imports the in/out points correctly and the video but doesn't link the audio and video together.
Instead it makes the audio into separate wav files that can't be linked to the R3D source files.
I've read of plugins for older versions of Premiere but since i can import a R3D file from the finder or media browser just fine with audio/video linked= i'm wondering why Redcine-x doesn't let me.
any similar issues/solves that I'm unaware of?

I think I've just run into the same problem in a different guise. I've got three layers of video all synced up in Red Cine X. I want to edit them in Resolve, so I export XML. The exported XML refers to WAV files that do not exist. I'm manually exporting BWF files that will add gigabytes of data to my project. But why should RCX-Pro reference files that don't exist when the audio is embedded in the R3D media? Shouldn't it point to the R3D file in some way?
