Exporting from AE vs Redcine/Monkey Extract etc

Is there any quality loss when exporting from AE compared to exporting from the other programs? I'm thinking about a workflow where I can get som early work done in AE before I export files (DPX/TIFF/EXR) to other programs.

No, there's no quality loss versus programs like Adobe Media Encoder. Just work at 32bpc and export at the level and type of compression you want.
