Exportin 4K 2;1 to prores-correct aspect ratio?

I am losing my mind. I can't seem to export at the correct aspect ratio. The footage was shot 4K 2:1 and I want export as pro-res to work in FCP. There is no default for that aspect ratio (HD 1080 defaults to 1920 x 1080). I tried to manually change it to 2048x1024 in the custom setting but it still exports at 1920x1080. The weird thing is that an earlier clip exported at 2048x1024, and I don't know how or why.

I've never had this problem. What the hell am I doing wrong?

Output resolution needs to be set as well as the project resolution.

Yeah, I don't know what the glitch was, but I was able to manually output at 2048x1024 today with no problems.

Don't know what happened, but it seems fine now.
