Export multiple clips as one

I never needed it, therefore I have no idea how it works:
I have a clip, where I have to cut out several parts. (It will not jump, because it is a timelapse)
Now I want to export those trimmed clips as one in R3D.
When I choose Export as "timeline" it creates individual clips. I tried all settings.
I just want to have the clip in the same as I shot it with the camera but with some parts taken out.
Is that possible?

I'm pretty sure this is impossible. Your best bet would be a series of trimmed R3Ds
