  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

i m very interested who gets a tracking number from fedex.

very interrested about how many scarlets leave red today.

Yup, only PL's were promised to start today, still a couple of weeks out for the EOS mount Scarlets, and that was assuming no delays with the mount. We can only cross our fingers!
 
I'm guessing they might keep the tradition that...

I ordered the PL mount the morning of the 4th -Eastern time N.A.- and it looks like (based on one of the other threads) there are 700-800 orders ahead of me. Hopefully 700 of those are Cannon mounts…

How can you figure this out? For instance I would love to know how many orders are ahead of me? I ordered the AL Canon mount on Nov 3rd as soon as the site went back live.

I was waiting for a thread like this, I just didn't want to be the one who started it, HAHA! I'm sure that today is another overwhelming day for RED.com, Inc. so I'm not going to push. I trust that my camera will arrive with bells ringing and angels singing.
 
It seems to me someone would have already posted a confirmation or something about giving their final payment by now.... Maybe not a lot of people are on the forums?

I stand corrected, another poster already mentioned they got confirmation. I wish someone would have simply answered this question earlier.

Eric, why don't you wait to see if anyone posts tomorrow that they have a SCARLET before you say we are ridiculous?

And I know this is a tight community - but not every one of our customers is on REDUSER.

My eyes are literally rolling back in my head since I've followed this board so much tonight. I already posted that I take back all the comments I made. I will delete my other post and stand corrected, I did see a comment in another post stating shipping was confirmed. I need another drink. This site is too addictive waiting for answers. I do wish there was a simple daily update for delivery expectations however. Hey brainstorm. That is a great idea: Sticky: Daily delivery and shipping updates for Scarlet X.

That will save me lots of time on here.
 
Eric, that you couldn't understand Brent's prior post to mean Scarlets shipped today is pretty stunning.

BTW Brent, I didn't say you are ridiculous or comment RED is either, just thought the concept of me having to follow a user forum to find answers for delivery was ridiculous. Nothing personal and I know your the man for even being on here. BTW, how about a sticky with daily updates on the scarlet and what to expect? Is that possible. I can't be the only one who wants it.
 
My guess is that at least one local person picked up a Scarlet in person, maybe like with Epic-X we'll see pictures of the lucky recipient on the board tomorrow

too many coronas and too much time staring at the computer. Just a little healthy venting. Like I said, I have an AL mount and don't expect mine anytime soon, just like to know without chasing down 400 posts
